Waiting at the Airport was Sameer, for his wife who was supposed to return home after 6 long months of internship in Dubai. It was a love at first site for him, 4 years ago, at a friend’s wedding where Sejal was with her family; followed by a quick arranged wedding. While the flight was supposed to land at 4:30 am, it was 8 pm yet his eyes were waiting for Sejal’s arrival. While Sameer’s phone in the car received a wedding picture of her with a Shaikh Khalid, the “I’m sorry” note along haunted Sameer for rest of his life.
This is such a short but heart rending story

Poor fellow, got stood up for life. Nice to read this short story, hoping you turn it into long form some day, it will be interesting to learn the circumstances that made the girl do what she did.
